About The Position
Lakewood Veterinary Center, an established and rapidly growing private practice in East Dallas, has an exciting and RARE opportunity for an experienced, friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join their dedicated and upbeat team. This role serves as the front-line ambassador, welcoming clients and their pets. The clinic is a state-of-the-art, 4,100 sq. ft. haven for pets and their people, located in the trendy Lower Greenville entertainment district. They are committed to providing exceptional care, service, and education to every client.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Comfortable around pets (bonus points for 6+ months of experience working with animals).
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for helping pets and people.
- Great sense of humor and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Reliable, team-focused, and ready to tackle challenges with grace.
Nice To Haves
