About The Position

Capital District Veterinary Referral Hospital in Latham, NY, is currently seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team (also known as a Client Care Specialist). As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency department while welcoming and assisting our guests.

Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
