Responsibilities

• Answer phones and help clients with questions and requests
• Schedule appointments and keep the day running smoothly
• Greet clients and patients, and handle check-in and check-out
• Communicate clearly between our clients and doctors
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, tidy, and welcoming
• Help with light cleaning duties around the hospital
