About The Position

Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital is currently welcoming a full-time Veterinary Reception, Client Care to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital. You will be the first point of contact for our clients as they walk through the door and the last point of contact as they leave.

Requirements

Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but not required.
Administrative experience.
Good computer skills (or a willingness to learn).
A love of pets and their people.
A positive attitude.
Excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with cash handling.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients as they enter the hospital.
Provide the last point of contact for clients as they leave.
Perform administrative duties.
Handle client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
