Sprinkle Road Veterinary Clinic is searching for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated and supportive team! Requirements
- Veterinary reception experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities

- Commitment to continued learning and professional growth
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and support daily front desk operations
- Maintain accurate medical records and assist with office duties
- Communicate effectively with clients and veterinary team members
- Educate clients on preventive care, medications, and vaccines
- Manage multi-line phone systems and multitask in a busy environment
- Help maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
- Support the veterinary team in delivering high-quality patient care
