About The Position

Nickel City Animal Hospital is hiring an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join their front desk team. As the face of the practice, the receptionist plays an important role in supporting clients, patients, and the hospital team, while helping create exceptional experiences for every pet and person. Requirements

• Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
• Consider cat hair a fashion accessory and introduce yourself to strangers' dogs
• Know every dog in your neighborhood by name

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple phone lines and assist clients professionally and efficiently
• Schedule appointments and coordinate daily appointment flow
• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Check clients in and out for appointments
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and comfortable for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Support hospital operations and communication between clients and the veterinary team
