About The Position

As a Veterinary Receptionist (Client Care Specialist), you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our clients and patients. You’ll help create a welcoming, supportive experience for pet owners while assisting our medical teams in a busy multi-doctor, multi-specialty hospital environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, staying organized in a fast-paced setting, and bringing empathy to every interaction.

Strong communicators with excellent organizational skills
Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple departments and medical teams
Flexible with scheduling, including weekends and occasional holidays
Fluent English speaking and reading skills required

Responsibilities
