About The Position
John Young Parkway Animal Hospital is a 2-doctor progressive veterinary clinic providing excellent care to pets in the greater Orlando, FL area. We are proud to be an AAHA accredited animal hospital! We offer services including: pet examinations and wellness visits, vaccinations, routine check-ups, surgeries, dentistry, pet grooming and boarding! Orlando, FL is known for being a top tier choice for tourists and families because of the vast opportunities for fun and sunshine! We are a short 30-minute drive to the fun Disney parks, fantastic restaurants, and incredible nightlife! We are centrally located, and less than an hour to beautiful New Smyrna Beaches!
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred
- Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator
- Highly organized and possess computer skills
- Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the visual appeal or the hospital reception area
- Greet and welcome clients and patients
- Answer questions and triage client concerns
- Answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution
- Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
- Check in and check out clients and process payments
- Offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients
- Must be comfortable with various medical outcomes
