About The Position

The Practice Manager is responsible for creating a positive teamwork environment in which veterinarians and staff deliver quality medicine and exceptional client service. Partnering closely with the Managing Veterinarian (MDVM), you will ensure a profitable operation by growing revenue and managing costs while building a culture centered on high-quality patient care and outstanding customer service. Belton Small Animal Clinic is conducting a highly selective search for an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager who can step in immediately and provide structure, clarity, and leadership. Given current hospital needs, this role requires a leader who is highly experienced in veterinary hospital operations, extremely organized, an excellent communicator, comfortable holding teams accountable, and confident enough to provide stability and direction from day one. This is not a maintenance role — it is a transformational leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong teams and sustainable systems. Belton Small Animal Clinic is a progressive, full-service companion animal hospital serving the growing community of Belton, Texas. Our hospital features state-of-the-art surgical suites, advanced dental capabilities, and a wide range of medical services including soft-tissue surgery, spay and neuter, laser therapy, pain management, dermatology, allergy treatment, senior pet wellness programs, daytime emergency care, and end-of-life support. We are proud of our experienced and highly leveraged technician team, modern equipment, and engaged leadership group dedicated to accountability, professional development, and growth. Our culture is client-centered and focused on progressive medicine, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication.
