About The Position

Be the First Practice Manager at Sultan Veterinary Clinic! Are you an experienced veterinary leader ready to build something meaningful? Sultan Veterinary Clinic, proudly serving our community since 1998, is excited to introduce a brand-new Practice Manager position. This is your opportunity to step into a foundational leadership role, shape hospital operations, and partner directly with ownership to elevate patient care, team performance, and client experience. This is not a corporate middle-management role. We are a small, close-knit team looking for a leader who can both strategize and roll up their sleeves. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to create structure, strengthen culture, and help guide the next chapter of our hospital’s growth. As our first Practice Manager, you will have meaningful influence and autonomy while working alongside a collaborative and dedicated team. As our first Practice Manager, you will help define how our hospital operates and grows. Your leadership will directly impact team engagement, operational efficiency, and the care we provide to pets and their families. If you are a hands-on leader who thrives in a small practice setting and wants to build something lasting, we’d love to meet you.
