About The Position
Join a thriving, well-established $2M single-doctor practice in Simi Valley. We are an independent clinic transitioning to a cloud-based workflow (eVetPractice) on July 6th. We are seeking an experienced leader to take full ownership of daily business operations, inventory, financial workflows, and staff development. This role offers true autonomy and a direct partnership with the owner to optimize the clinic for long-term efficiency.
Requirements
- Prior experience in managing veterinary field
- Experience tracking veterinary KPIs
- Experience leading an electronic medical record (EMR) system migration or management
- Must be a great leader and follower
- Understands that this is not a desk job
- Physically fit to handle animals (bending, kneeling, lifting, vision and hearing)
- Great communication skill
