About The Position

This role involves a variety of hands-on clinical work, client relationship building, and maintaining high standards of care. The nurse will collaborate with veterinarians and the nursing team, contributing to surgery, patient care, nurse consults, and reception duties. Requirements
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
- Previous clinical experience as a Veterinary Nurse
- Confidence across general nursing, surgical support, and patient handling
- Experience with reception duties and client communication
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of care
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A reliable, flexible, and team-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Supporting vets across surgery, anaesthesia, and patient care
- Providing high-quality nursing care and monitoring patients throughout their visit
- Assisting with nurse consults and preventative health services
- Supporting front-of-house duties including reception, phone enquiries, and client communication
- Delivering warm, professional service to clients and their pets
- Contributing to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team environment
