About The Position

Wieuca Animal Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Kennel Technician, described as a 'Professional Pet Spoiler & Clean-Up Champion!'. This role involves providing care to hospitalized pets, including feeding, walking, cuddling, and cleaning kennels. The clinic is a progressive, 5-doctor companion animal practice in Sandy Springs, GA, offering comprehensive care and a fun, supportive team culture. The location is near Atlanta, offering a blend of city convenience and outdoor living.

Requirements

Experience working with animals (preferred, but will train the right human)
Calm, patient, and kind demeanor
Ability to handle enthusiastic tail wags and dramatic animals
Not afraid of fur on scrubs

Responsibilities

Providing top-tier TLC to hospitalized pets
Feeding, walking, cuddling, and reassuring furry guests
Cleaning kennels
Monitoring pet health and reporting concerns to the veterinary team
Assisting technicians and doctors when needed
Becoming best friends with at least 3 dogs and 2 cats per shift (unofficial requirement)
