About The Position
Sugar Land Veterinary Specialty and Emergency (SLVS) is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Specialist to join their multi-disciplinary hospital. SLVS has been providing high-level referral and emergency services since 2007 in a 19,000-square-foot facility. The hospital emphasizes a culture of shared learning with daily rounds for peer-to-peer mentoring and structured career paths for support staff. Their specialties include Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Critical Care, Oncology, and Imaging. The facility is equipped to manage high-volume, high-complexity cases with a skilled team and advanced technology, including a 128-slice Siemens Cannon CT, 1.5T Phillips MRI, interventional radiology equipment, and minimally invasive tools for laparoscopic, arthroscopic, cystoscopic, and endoscopic procedures.
Requirements
- Full-time Internal Medicine Specialist.
- Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity cases.
- Willingness to participate in shared learning and mentoring.

- Experience in a multi-disciplinary specialty hospital.
- Proficiency with advanced imaging (CT, MRI) and minimally invasive tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level referral and emergency services in Internal Medicine.
