About The Position
MedVet is opening a new hospital in the Boston area (Newton, Massachusetts) and is seeking a Veterinary Internist to help launch and shape the Internal Medicine service. This role is crucial for the hospital's growth and will involve working with the MedVet Emergency Medicine Team, treating a large volume of patients annually. MedVet is a leading veterinary-owned organization that offers doctors the support of veterinary leadership, opportunities for ownership through shareholder programs, and a commitment to medical excellence.
Requirements
- Board certified in Internal Medicine.
- Residency trained in Internal Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Help launch the Internal Medicine service at the new MedVet Boston hospital.
- Play a key role in shaping the Internal Medicine department as the hospital grows.
- Work with the MedVet Emergency Medicine Team.
- Treat patients within the hospital.
