About The Position
Buffalo Veterinary Group, a leading specialty and emergency hospital in Buffalo, New York is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Veterinary Dentist to join its growing, progressive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a thriving referral hospital that offers a dynamic caseload, state-of-the-art facility and equipment, while working with a collaborative team of additional specialists and experienced emergency clinicians. Buffalo Veterinary Group is part of a private, locally-owned family network of 10 hospitals and operates a 35,000 sq ft hospital on a 2-acre campus. As part of a larger specialist network, you will benefit from shared expertise, patient continuity, and clinical collaboration across partner hospitals. BVG currently offers 24/7 ER Medicine and Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Isolation Care, MRI, Fluoroscopy, CT, Ultrasound, Echocardiogram, Endoscopy, Soft tissue and Orthopedic Surgery, Arthroscopy, Neurology, Rehabilitation and conditioning, Dentistry, general Wellness, Laser Therapy and Acupuncture.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of New York (or able to apply)
- Board certification or nearing completion of residency program in applicable specialty area
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized veterinary dental care.
- Work with a collaborative team of additional specialists and experienced emergency clinicians.
- Contribute to a dynamic caseload in a thriving referral hospital.
