Requirements

Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Veterinary Criticalist.
Diplomate of ACVR or Residency-Trained Veterinary Radiologist, eligible to sit for the certifying exam.
Eligible to obtain a veterinary license to practice in Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

Teaching opportunities: Our team of specialists are committed to teaching the next generation of veterinary professionals with our house officer programs.
Provide comprehensive referral and emergency services.
Work in a state-of-the-art facility with a brand new dedicated ICU designed for efficiency, offering ample space for the medical team, including separate isolation wards for respiratory and GI cases, oxygen cages, quiet runs, and numerous cages and kennels.
Utilize advanced technology such as endoscopy, digital radiography, ultrasound, CT, MRI, laparoscopy, fluoroscopy, mechanical ventilation, telemetry, and state-of-the-art monitoring equipment.
Collaborate with a network of specialists through partnership with Bay State Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Services (BSVESS), enhancing patient care across RI, eastern CT, and southern MA.
