Veterinary Coordinator - Internal Medicine
About The Position
PVESC is seeking an Internal Medicine Client Coordinator for its newly built 42,000-square-foot emergency and specialty hospital in Falmouth, Maine. The role supports exceptional veterinary care by coordinating communication among clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, and technicians; maintaining accurate patient information and records; and serving as a resource for Internal Medicine procedures and protocols. The schedule is full-time, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is $22–$34 per hour, based on experience and licensure. A sign-on bonus may be available based on experience and licensure.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication among clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, and technicians.
- Review patient records and help identify urgent concerns.
- Enter and maintain accurate patient information.
- Audit records, referral reports, charges, and diagnostics.
- Serve as a resource for Internal Medicine procedures and protocols.
