About The Position

Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists (GCVS) is seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative to join their team. GCVS is a leading provider of specialized care for companion animals, known for its commitment to excellence and state-of-the-art facility. The role involves supporting emergency, critical care, and specialty departments by welcoming and assisting guests. The position is full-time, with a schedule of Friday-Sunday, 6a-6p, in Houston, Texas. Compensation is $17-$19 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients and referring veterinarians about comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
• Assist clients in scheduling appointments at the multi-specialist hospital.
• Handle reminder and follow-up communications via phone and email.
• Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files.
