About The Position

Part-Time Veterinary Client Services Representative. This role is for someone organized, upbeat, and ready to be the heartbeat of the clinic. You will be the first smile clients see and the steady voice they trust. You will be greeting pets and their humans, scheduling appointments, handling calls, keeping the clinic organized, helping pet parents with questions and concerns, and providing calm vibes to nervous pets and their people.

Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years experience of veterinary medicine experience
• Genuinely love animals and people
• Strong communicator (in person + on the phone)
• Can work on a rotating Saturday schedule
• Looking to work 25 - 30 hours
• Can multitask without spiraling
• Bring positive energy, even on busy days
• Dependable, adaptable, and know how to read the room (or the bark)

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual (not required but strongly recommended)
• Customer service experience
