About The Position

The Animal Hospital of Shawnee Hills is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for managing the front desk experience, ensuring clients feel welcomed and heard, and maintaining an organized lobby. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, organization, and personality to the front desk, contributing to a positive environment where good medicine and a good sense of humor coexist. The hospital is AAHA accredited, a certified Cat Friendly Practice, and has Fear-Free Certified team members. Services offered range from preventive care to surgery and end-of-life care.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a veterinary or customer-service setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable navigating digital systems and patient charts

Responsibilities
