About The Position

As a Veterinary Client Service Coordinator, you are the first friendly face our patients and clients see upon arrival. You remain calm in stressful and emotional situations while confidently interacting with clients in person and on the phone, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple tasks. At SAGE Dublin, part of Ethos Veterinary Health, you'll specialize in many areas of veterinary medicine using the most current knowledge and treatments available, backed by state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and surgical tools. In addition to a robust Emergency service, the hospital offers Surgery, Critical Care, Oncology, Anesthesiology, and Internal Medicine. Requirements

• High school diploma and a minimum of two years of customer service–related work experience
• Competent computer skills, including reliable and consistent ability to enter data into medical records, and effective working knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Typing speed of 45+ wpm and ability to use a 10-key calculator
• A genuine love for animals and a welcoming demeanor
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care

Nice To Haves

• One year of veterinary reception experience preferred, though not required

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients
• Handle data entry
• Request and send medical records
• Manage a multi-line phone system
• Process payments
• Accurately schedule appointments
• Communicate effectively with clients and medical staff
• Show empathy, compassion, and reassurance to worried pet owners
• Perform other administrative duties as needed
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture
