About The Position
The first conversation matters. When people bring a sick or injured pet to an urgent care hospital, they usually have questions before they have answers. As a Client Care Representative, you'll help guide clients through their visit from the moment they arrive until it's time to head home. You'll answer questions, explain what comes next, coordinate appointments, and help people feel informed throughout the visit. While the medical team focuses on patient care, you'll focus on the client experience.

Nice To Haves
- Previous veterinary experience
- Backgrounds in healthcare, hospitality, banking, retail, and other client-focused roles
Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Check clients in and out
- Process payments
- Maintain accurate records
- Work closely with the medical team throughout the day
