About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team full time! Staten Island Animal Hospital has been serving the communities of Staten Island since the early 1940’s. Our hospital is a full-service veterinary facility providing comprehensive medical and surgical services for each pet. Our hospital’s compassionate and expert medical team has years of experience in companion animal medicine, and they are dedicated to one thing: helping pets become well and stay healthy. As a member of the VCA team, you will help create and maintain a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Your mission will be to win the confidence of every pet parent—by delivering an outstanding client experience—so we can provide exceptional care to every patient. Whether you are a seasoned Veterinary Assistant or a Technician in training, we want you to use the knowledge that you’ve invested your time and talent in.
