Responsibilities

• Supporting veterinarians and veterinary technicians with patient care
• Educating pet parents and ensuring they feel informed and confident about their pet's care
• Assisting with appointments, treatments, and keeping patients comfortable
• Caring for boarding guests by feeding, walking, monitoring, and making them feel at home
• Cleaning and maintaining kennels, treatment areas, exam rooms, and the hospital
• Restraining patients safely during exams and procedures
• Restocking supplies, preparing rooms, and assisting the team wherever needed
• Delivering compassionate care and creating a positive experience for every pet and client
