At Brandermill we proudly offer mentorship from multiple experienced veterinarians and the opportunity to join a team with strong clinical skills in the areas of wellness and dentistry. Brandermill Animal Hospital is seeking a Full Time Veterinary Assistant to join our team! We are searching for a candidate with strong client education and patient care skills who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. The primary responsibility of the Veterinary Assistant is to advocate for our patients and work together with our clients to help them take excellent care of their pets. The ideal candidate is skilled in relationship building and demonstrates empathy when communicating in person and over the phone.
Requirements
- Previous animal handling experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Must be available Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 7 pm and Saturday 9 am - 1 pm
- Strong client education skills
- Strong patient care skills
