Requirements

Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred
Experience working with multi-line phone systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning and using new software and technology
Positive attitude and desire to become part of a supportive work family
Passion for helping pets and the people who care for them

Responsibilities

Safely restrain patients during examinations and treatments using best practices
Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care and treatment plans
Ensure hospitalized and boarding patients have clean, comfortable accommodations
Prepare medications accurately and efficiently
Update patient records and treatment notes in the medical record system
Answer phones and assist with client communication
Communicate with clients regarding their pet's care and treatment plans
Support daily hospital operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
