About The Position

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant
• Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work closely with veterinarians and technicians
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on productivity and clinic flow

• Experience in urgent or emergency care
• Passion for innovating and delivering best-in-class care whenever pets need it

Responsibilities

• Client Support: Create a calm, reassuring experience so pet parents feel confident in their pets’ care
• Procedural Support: Assist doctors and technicians with treatments and procedures, including safe pet restraint
• Clinic Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized clinic for pets, clients, and the team
• Culture & Teamwork: Live Sploot’s core values and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture
