About The Position
VCA Bay Area Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Experienced Veterinary Assistants to join the team at AAHA 7-Doctor GP and exotics practice in Oakland, CA! We see all mammals, including rabbits. Looking to expand your skills? Come see if our team is a good fit for you! In this position you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients.
Requirements
- Experienced Veterinary Assistants
Responsibilities
- Maintaining medical records.
- Preparing surgical suite and surgical patients.
- Filling prescriptions.
- Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging.
- Providing compassionate care and a home away from home for boarded and hospitalized pets.
