Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience working with animals (clinic, shelter, or kennel) preferred.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and basic animal behavior knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely and compassionately restrain pets for examinations and procedures.
• Assist with surgeries, treatments, and dental procedures.
• Collect and prepare laboratory samples (fecal, urine, blood).
• Clean and sterilize equipment, exam rooms, and kennels.
• Educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans®, preventive care, and nutrition.
