Requirements

Previous Veterinary Assistant experience preferred
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Support veterinarians and technicians with patient care and daily hospital operations
Assist with patient restraint, treatments, and procedures
Safely and compassionately handle patients of varying sizes and temperaments
Assist with wellness appointments and patient care throughout the day
Help prepare exam rooms and treatment areas for patient care
Assist with sample collection and basic diagnostic procedures based on experience
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Keep exam rooms, treatment areas, and hospital spaces clean, organized, and well stocked
Deliver compassionate care to patients and exceptional service to clients
Jump in wherever needed to help maintain an efficient daily workflow
