We also offer hands on urgent care appointments 7 days a week, across multiple clinics. Requirements

Experience required. We are willing to train people who are willing to learn with an upbeat attitude.
Medication Clerk license preferred, will help you obtain if not currently licensed.
You are willing to go with the flow to help a growing company succeed in both conventional and novel ways.

Responsibilities

Play an active role in the BoosterPet medical team to provide quality medical care, model BoosterPet’s core values
Be tech savvy
Support BoosterPet virtual care services
Complete detailed medical records with through medical history. Ensure medical records are accurate within the practice management system
Educate animal owners
Obtain thorough, concise history from clients
Obtain and record accurate vitals
Liaising with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure continuity of patient care
Follow all safety protocols to ensure safety of pets, clients, and team members
Administering medications and vaccines prescribed by a veterinarian
Maintain medication clerk licensure
Performing phlebotomy duties, and providing intramuscular (IM), intravenous (IV) and subcutaneous (SQ) injections
Restrain pets in a manner that allows necessary work to be performed, minimizes stress to pets, and ensures the safety of pets and people
Assist at front desk/kiosk and greet clients/patients upon entry
Answer phones and make appointments as needed
