About The Position

Rye Harrison Veterinary Hospital and Rye Brook Veterinary Hospital are hiring two full-time Associate Veterinarians to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to cats, dogs, and exotic pets across our Rye and newly expanding Rye Brook locations. This role offers the opportunity to work across 2 hospitals, allowing exposure to a variety of cases, teams, and client populations. Team members may rotate between both locations based on business needs and scheduling preferences. Rotating shifts are available, and schedules may vary depending on each hospital’s operating hours. A 3:1 staff to doctor ratio ensures you will have the support you need. You will work alongside 7 collaborative veterinarians and approximately 30 support staff members, including experienced technicians, assistants, and CSRs. Partnership opportunities through Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP) are available, where VPP offers support in operations, marketing, and finance.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
Valid veterinary license in the state of New York.

Nice To Haves

Experience with exotic pets, birds, reptiles, pocket pets, and occasional wildlife patients.
Experience with advanced diagnostic and surgical technology (digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound with color Doppler, laser surgery equipment, ICU).

Responsibilities
