About The Position

At Sploot, veterinarians practice high-quality medicine with 45-minute appointments, strong pre-visit triage, and a fully staffed nursing team, allowing them to focus on patients without chaos. Sploot offers a flexible 3–4 day workweek with 10–12 hour shifts and no overnights. The environment includes a highly skilled nursing team with up to a 3:1 Nurse to DVM ratio, collaborative medicine with Medical Directors always available for consults, and a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases. Strong pre-visit triage ensures preparedness for exam rooms.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Illinois
• Comfortable asking question, and excited to keep growing and developing your skills

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year preferred (strong mentorship available)
• Experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals
