About The Position
A Cat Hospital is a 30+ year trusted small-animal clinic in Henderson, NV, that is evolving into a dog + cat full-service hospital while maintaining its feline-focused roots. Our medical philosophy centers on autonomy, preventive care, client education, and empowering doctors with strong technician and operational support. We foster a collaborative, drama-free culture where each DVM can lead confidently, grow clinically, and feel supported without corporate micromanagement. The practice type is General Practice (Small Animal, currently cat-focused with expansion into canine care). The case mix includes preventive care, dentistry, diagnostics, and soft surgery. Technology and equipment include Digital X-ray, dental radiography, ultrasound, cold laser, surgical laser, and additional advanced clinical tools. The team culture is kind, collaborative, supportive, medically progressive, and free of internal competition or burnout scheduling.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
