Requirements

DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree, with active licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
Comfortable working across general practice — diagnostics, medical management, and surgery — with the confidence to make sound clinical decisions independently
A communicator clients trust — you can explain a diagnosis clearly, have a hard conversation when needed, and leave an owner feeling heard
Genuinely collaborative — you enjoy practicing alongside other veterinarians and value a team that pushes each other to be better
Calm under pressure, decisive when it counts, and honest about what you don't know
A real fondness for the work — the medicine, the animals, and the people who love them

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat patients across the full scope of general practice, with in-house diagnostics and imaging at your disposal
Perform surgery with the confidence that comes from working alongside experienced veterinarians who are invested in your development
Manage cases from first exam through recovery, supported by a team that's been doing this together for years
Build genuine client relationships — explaining conditions clearly, guiding treatment decisions, and earning the trust of a loyal, long-term client base
Collaborate closely with fellow veterinarians on complex cases — this is a practice where you can ask questions without it being a weakness
Prescribe, treat, and vaccinate across a varied caseload that will challenge you and grow your skills
