About The Position

Pieper Veterinary Stratford is seeking a passionate veterinarian to join their talented team. This is an opportunity to practice primary care in a collaborative environment with access to specialists within the COVE Animal Health network. The Stratford location, opened in October 2023, offers wellness and same-day sick appointments and has recently added oncology services with a board-certified oncologist. The hospital features a beautiful, stand-alone facility with 7 exam rooms (including a dedicated cat room), an expansive treatment room with a doctor's suite, a surgical suite, a dental suite, a dedicated oncology room, an ultrasound room, and an in-house laboratory. Doctors benefit from a Monday through Friday work schedule with rotating Saturdays and the support of another doctor on shift, along with highly skilled veterinary technicians and assistants.

Requirements

Passion for primary care.
Ability to practice medicine collaboratively.
Willingness to work a Monday through Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays.
Supportive of a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience working alongside specialists.
Familiarity with LogiQ Ultrasound.
Experience with digital x-ray and dental x-ray.
Experience with IM3 Dental machine with suction.
Experience with Cubex.

Responsibilities

Practice primary veterinary medicine.
Collaborate with a network of talented specialists.
Provide wellness and same-day sick appointments.
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools including LogiQ Ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, and IM3 Dental machine.
Work efficiently in an expansive treatment room with a doctor's suite.
Maintain patient records.
Support high patient care standards in surgical, dental, oncology, and ultrasound procedures.
Work with a team of veterinary technicians and assistants.
