About The Position

CareVet of Kingsville is seeking a compassionate Veterinarian to join our thriving practice in Kingsville, MD! We are looking for a personable, team-oriented Veterinarian who is passionate about providing high-quality, individualized patient care. CareVet of Kingsville opened its doors in 1986 and has built a strong reputation within the community for compassionate, progressive veterinary care. Our tenured team is led by Dr. Hepber, Medical Director, alongside our dedicated Hospital Manager, Colleen, who has been with the practice for more than 20 years. Our hospital features: Three exam rooms Digital radiography Ultrasound Tonometry IDEXX in-house blood analyzers Electronic medical records We are committed to delivering high-quality, progressive, and individualized medical care for every patient. Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
Licensure in the state/s candidate will be working
Ability to show compassion to both pets and their owners
Outstanding dexterity in handling animals while performing precise tasks
Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure about the wellbeing of an animal
Strong fondness and understanding of animals
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of animal behavior
Ability to use medical technologies during diagnosis, research and surgery of animals
