About The Position
Zion Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, community-focused small animal practice located in Hurricane, Utah. As a three-doctor hospital, we pride ourselves on collaborative medicine, strong client relationships, and delivering compassionate, high-quality care across a broad range of services. Our team values mentorship, medical autonomy, and creating a supportive environment where veterinarians can grow and thrive long-term. The practice offers a steady, established caseload with a strong, experienced support team per doctor. Services include wellness and preventive care, dentistry, diagnostics, spay/neuter, advanced soft tissue surgery, orthopedics, and laser therapy. The hospital is equipped with an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, a modern surgical suite, dental suite, and laser therapy. The team culture is collaborative, mentorship-supported, client-focused, and community-oriented with an emphasis on quality medicine and teamwork.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and client-education skills
Nice To Haves
- Interest or experience in surgery, dentistry, or orthopedics welcomed but not required
Responsibilities
- Practice exceptional medicine and surgery with the full support of our medical systems, technology, and team.
- Collaborate with a skilled technician team, dedicated client service representatives, and engaged leadership.
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care across a broad range of services including wellness and preventive care, dentistry, diagnostics, spay/neuter, advanced soft tissue surgery, orthopedics, and laser therapy.
- Build strong client relationships and provide excellent client education.
- Engage in continuous growth and clinical excellence.
