About The Position

Lake Shore Pet Hospital is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join their growing small animal practice in Pasadena, Maryland. The practice is undergoing renovations to add more exam rooms and is looking for a veterinarian who values excellent medicine, teamwork, and an enjoyable work environment. The hospital is a 100% small animal practice with a dedicated surgical suite and treatment area, equipped with advanced technology such as ultrasound, therapeutic laser, Phovia light therapy, electrocautery, digital radiographs, and digital dental radiographs. Doctors typically see approximately 18-20 patients per day. The team is known for strong morale, a positive culture, and a shared commitment to gold-standard patient care, with a 2:1 technician to doctor ratio and 2 credentialed veterinary technicians on staff. The ideal candidate is an experienced veterinarian who wants to have fun at work while maintaining a high standard of patient care and contributing to a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Experienced veterinarian
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
• Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Maryland
• Strong medical skills
• Team player
• Ability to maintain a high standard of patient care
