About The Position

Midlothian Veterinary Clinic is looking for an experienced small-animal veterinarian who is ready for a practice where clinical judgment, independence, and relationships with clients truly matter. We are specifically seeking a DVM with established clinical experience who can confidently manage cases, communicate with clients, and become a trusted member of our veterinary team from day one. Requirements

Experienced DVM
Established clinical experience
Confident and experienced in clinical practice
Comfortable managing cases independently
Skilled in companion-animal medicine and surgery
A strong communicator who enjoys working with clients
Collaborative, dependable, and team-oriented
Passionate about providing excellent patient care
Interested in building lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse companion-animal caseload with appropriate clinical autonomy
Develop long-term relationships with clients and their pets
Practice medicine alongside a supportive, collaborative veterinary team
Utilize your experience and clinical judgment to make the best decisions for your patients
Pursue areas of medicine that interest you and continue expanding your skills
