About The Position
Caring Hands Animal Hospital is seeking a part-time Veterinarian to join their eight-doctor team in Bristow, VA. This position offers coverage on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The practice is open to new graduates, those returning to the field, and experienced veterinarians seeking a shorter work week while maintaining high standards of care. The hospital is equipped with radiology, ultrasound, endoscopy, a surgical suite, and intensive care monitoring.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Valid veterinary license in the state of Virginia

Responsibilities
- Provide veterinary medical services including wellness, dentistry, internal medicine, surgery, and intensive care.
- Build strong relationships with pets and their owners through open communication, honesty, and compassionate care.
- Ensure every pet receives the highest standard of treatment in a safe, comfortable, and loving environment.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of veterinarians and technicians.
- Participate in mentorship opportunities focused on surgical confidence, dentistry, internal medicine, or general career development.
