About The Position

Bear Branch Animal Hospital is looking for a compassionate, collaborative Veterinarian to join their thriving small animal practice in Magnolia, Texas. This role is suitable for experienced DVMs or new graduates seeking mentorship. The hospital is well-established, over 3,000 square feet, and equipped with modern amenities including five exam rooms, a dedicated surgical suite, isolation ward, large treatment area, digital radiology, ultrasound, CryoPen, therapeutic laser, Phovia light therapy, electrocautery, and separate cat ward and kennel areas. The practice focuses 100% on small animals, with an average of 15 patients per doctor daily, allowing ample time for client relationships and thorough medical care. Wellness appointments are 30 minutes, and sick appointments can be up to an hour. The support staff ratio is 1:3 doctors. New graduates will receive exceptional mentorship, including two weeks of shadowing, a dedicated support team, one-hour appointment times, and gradual surgical responsibility increases.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
