Clinic Snapshot: Practice type: General Practice + Urgent Care Average daily patient volume: 20–25 patients per doctor Support staff ratio: 3:1 Case mix: Wellness, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care Technology & equipment: Digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, therapeutic laser, dedicated dental suite, AI scribe, and paper-lite medical records Team culture: Collaborative, teaching-focused, supportive, and fast-paced.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
- Florida veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to veterinary medicine
- Strong communication and client-education skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care and building long-term client relationships
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, supportive team
- Committed to continued learning and professional growth
