About The Position

Snohomish Station Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian for their AAHA-accredited, 100% small-animal practice serving dogs and cats in Snohomish, WA. The hospital emphasizes high-quality medicine, strong relationships with patients, clients, and colleagues, and a supportive work-life balance. The practice is equipped with modern technology, including digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory diagnostics. They manage a caseload of 10-15 patients per day, allowing for 30-minute wellness appointments and 45-minute sick appointments, with a focus on preventive medicine, client education, and individualized care plans. The team structure typically involves doctors working with two support staff members, with additional float support available. The hospital fosters a culture of continuing education, with team members pursuing Fear Free® and RECOVER® CPR certifications. New graduates are welcome and will receive individualized mentorship, including longer appointment times, one-on-one guidance, collaborative case discussions, shadowing, surgical training, and regular feedback.
