About The Position

Hawthorn East Vet, along with its sister clinics Alphington & Fairfield and Kew Vet & Cattery, is seeking a veterinarian with over 2 years of experience. This role offers the opportunity to work across two well-connected practices, providing a variety of cases, broader team collaboration, and a supportive network. Requirements

• Qualified veterinarian with more than 2 years of experience in small animal practice.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building strong client relationships.
• Proactive and compassionate vet who enjoys case workups and collaboration.
• Values team culture and contributes positively.
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a supportive, multi-clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional veterinary care across two sister clinics.
• Collaborate with experienced veterinarians and a broader network.
• Manage a diverse and interesting caseload.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Engage in case workups and collaborative problem-solving.
• Participate in regular clinical meetings and mentoring.
