About The Position

Sploot Veterinary Care is expanding to Boise in early 2027 and is seeking veterinarians to shape the future of veterinary care. The role offers a flexible 3-4 day workweek with 10-12 hour shifts and no overnights. Veterinarians will practice high-quality medicine with a fully staffed nursing team, focusing on patients rather than chaos. The position involves a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases, with support from Medical Directors and AI scribes for charting. There are no non-compete contracts.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Idaho.
• Experience in general practice, urgent care, or emergency.
• Comfortable asking questions and excited to keep growing and developing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals.

Responsibilities

• Practice high-quality medicine with a fully staffed nursing team.
• Focus on patients and provide care for a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors for consults.
• Utilize CoVet AI Scribe for charting.
