About The Position

Sploot Veterinary Care is expanding to New Jersey in 2027 and is seeking veterinarians to help shape the future of veterinary care. The role offers a high-quality medicine practice with a fully staffed nursing team, focusing on patient care rather than administrative chaos. The position involves a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases, with strong pre-visit triage to ensure veterinarians are prepared for appointments. There are no non-compete contracts, allowing veterinarians to stay based on job satisfaction.

Requirements

DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in New Jersey.
Experience in general practice, urgent care, or emergency.
Comfortable asking questions and excited to keep growing and developing skills.
TN visa support available for Canadian and Mexican veterinarians.

Nice To Haves

Experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals.

Responsibilities

Practice high-quality medicine with a fully staffed nursing team.
Manage a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases.
Utilize strong pre-visit triage to be prepared for patient appointments.
Collaborate with Medical Directors for consults.
Perform surgeries and dentals (preferred).
