About The Position

Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital is expanding into Creve Coeur, MO, and is seeking part-time or full-time Veterinarians to help launch its newest location. This is an opportunity to help shape a hospital from the ground up, backed by an established, high-performing team with over two decades of excellence across St. Louis. The hospital offers a blend of general practice and urgent care across canine, feline, reptile, and pocket pet patients, from routine wellness to same-day urgent cases. They foster a team-driven environment with open-door communication and case discussions. A structured mentorship program pairs new doctors with a senior clinician for up to 12 weeks, providing case reviews, clinical coaching, and development goals. Partnership opportunities with a buy-in program are available, offering a path to equity ownership with clinical autonomy.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college.
• Active Missouri veterinary license in good standing in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Practice general practice and urgent care medicine for canine, feline, reptile, and pocket pet patients.
• Manage routine wellness and same-day urgent cases.
• Collaborate with technicians and staff in a team-driven environment.
• Participate in case discussions and contribute to team-driven approaches.
• Engage in structured mentorship and clinical coaching as part of the mentorship program.
• Maintain active veterinary license and adhere to professional standards.
