Burned out by overbooked schedules and lack of support? At Sploot, you’ll practice high-quality medicine with 45-minute appointments, strong pre-visit triage, and a fully staffed nursing team - so you can focus on your patients, not the chaos.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Utah
• Comfortable asking questions, and excited to keep growing and developing your skills

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience preferred (strong mentorship available)
• Experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals

Responsibilities

• Practice high-quality medicine with 45-minute appointments.
• Utilize strong pre-visit triage.
• Work with a fully staffed nursing team.
• Handle a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases.
• Perform surgeries and dentals (preferred).

• $130,000–$160,000 base salary, shift and experience dependent
